Regulations
As a family-owned business, people are at the heart of everything we do, so your safety and health is our top priority. In order that we all do our bit to look after one another, we ask all of our guests to familiarise themselves with and adhere to the Welsh Government restrictions in place from time to time.
The Government rules in relation to Covid are constantly being updated and are therefore subject to change. We will continue to update this page with more information as and when we can.
Cleaning and your safety
Bayview has applied for certification under the government’s good to go scheme which certifies businesses which employ robust cleaning and safety regimes for their accommodation goodtogo.visitbritain.com
Prior to your arrival, your accommodation will be cleaned and disinfected thoroughly by the housekeepers who will be supervised by a member of the site management team.
To allow for the property to be cleaned and presented the check in time is 4pm*, guest are kindly requested to vacate the property by 10am on the day of their departure.
*guests are also asked to dispose of their own rubbish and strip beds and towels and leave in the linen bags provided to mitigate against the spread of the virus.
A range of cleaning products will be left in the holiday property which will include: hand sanitizer, disinfectant spray and facemasks. Government guidance states that people should take particular care to maintain excellent hygiene – washing hands and surfaces – especially when using shared facilities like bathrooms wherever possible so we encourage you to do so.
We stress the importance for everyone with a booking at Bayview to abide by the latest Government recommendations. This includes not travelling to commence a stay if: a person has tested positive for Covid-19 and is self-isolating; a legal requirement by law, or if they or any of their household, extended household or support bubble show any symptoms.
