New arrivals at Bayview - 3 new luxury holiday homes to rent

We’re very excited to share more details about new arrivals here at Bayview, Oxwich, adding to our cosy beach bungalows and luxury apartments. From summer 2020, we will be offering 3 new stunning, architect-designed, detached, eco-friendly holiday homes to rent. In fact, there’s already so much interest that we’ve started to take bookings.

All 3 houses are being built with global and cultural sustainability at heart: reclaimed natural materials including wood cladding for exteriors and reclaimed slate for the roofs. All 3 houses have 3 bedrooms, high-spec interiors and sea views across to iconic Three Cliffs Bay.

The houses might look the same from the outside and share similar light-filled contemporary spaces inside, but each will have its own distinctive feel. That’s why we’re naming them after our 3 girls as they will share a family resemblance but will each have its own unique DNA and personality.

So Tŷ Megan, Tŷ Flo and Tŷ Alice will all have a coastal and rustic vibe by using whites and off whites, feature walls, sea grasses and metallics, but each will employ a different accent colour and different textures injected into the interior, so that each has its own feel and mood – all equally beautiful.

We’re working with Nia www.niainteriordesign.co.uk who really understands what we want to create for our guests here at Bayview and together we are creating a real sense of place through our commitment to the use of local Gower and Welsh artisans, art and manufacturers such as Melin Tregwynt.
