Cutting the Ribbon – Tŷ Megan, luxury holiday rental at Bayview, Oxwich
Friday, 7th August, 2020 was a very special day at Bayview, Oxwich. After years of planning, and all the trials of lockdown, the vision for our three luxury, architect-designed, detached holiday rental houses finally became a reality.
Our eldest daughter, Megan, took the scissors and to family applause and the shedding of a few tears, cut the ribbon to the first house, Tŷ Megan – named after her – to signal that we were open for business. Later that same day, our first guests arrived, and they too cried with joy when they saw what was to be their home from home for the week: a spacious, light and airy ‘upside-down’ house with contemporary seaside vibe and expansive sea and country views.

We’re justifiably proud that Tŷ Megan is exceeding expectation and we’re delighted that guests who’ve stayed to date have already re-booked for 2021 as well as those who have booked through the website.
The second of the houses, Tŷ Flo, is available to rent from the end of September 2020 and bookings are already brisk with Tŷ Megan already booking through to 2021 when the third of the houses, Tŷ Alice, will also come on stream.
We’re thrilled that we can now offer families, friends and couples even more choice of accommodation at Bayview, Oxwich: our three new houses adding to our portfolio of two luxury apartments and range of beachside cottages all set within twelve acres of lovingly-maintained private grounds.
