Drumroll for the Dolphin Inn

We’re absolutely delighted here at Bayview Oxwich that one of our favourite Gower pubs has opened its doors again. The Dolphin Inn in Llanrhidian had been in the same family for decades and sadly had to close its doors, but since May 2024 it’s been under new management and we couldn’t be more pleased!

Dazzling Natural Beauty in Gower

The Gower peninsula has long been acknowledged for its natural beauty, awarded the status of being the UK’s first-ever designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty back in 1956. Its unspoiled beaches, dramatic cliffs and wild open spaces were recognised as very special landscapes and have since been a magnet for visitors to share this unique place that we at Bayview Oxwich are proud to call home.

The Gower peninsula – a special place for a special wedding

The Gower peninsula has it all when it comes to breath-taking scenery: miles of sandy beaches, dramatic limestone cliffs, and ancient castles and churches. With its stunning and varied backdrops it is a picture-perfect destination for couples to make memories.
